Refund & Return Policy

At National Sip, we take pride in the quality of our Chia Coconut Hydration powders. Since our products are food-grade supplements, we maintain a strict health and safety protocol regarding returns.
1. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We offer a 100% replacement or refund if:
• The product arrives damaged (e.g., punctured sachets or a broken box).
• The items received do not match your order.
• The product is past its expiration date upon arrival.
Action Required: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing nationalsip.official@gmail.com or WhatsApping us at [+923224168143]. You must include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged/incorrect product.
2. Change of Mind
Due to the nature of consumable food products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind or do not like the taste after the box has been opened.
• Unopened Boxes: If the outer safety seal is intact and the box is unopened, you may return it within 7 days for a refund (minus shipping costs). The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
• We will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card/Bank Transfer) or via JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 5–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or a digital wallet.
4. Lost or Missing Shipments
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 24 hours. We will open an investigation with the courier service. If the package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Non-Refundable Items
• Individual sachets removed from their original box.
• Promotional or "Free Gift" items.
• Items purchased during "Clearance" or "Flash Sales."
Note: Proper storage is key! We cannot offer refunds for powder that has clumped due to being stored in high-moisture or high-heat environments (like a hot car) after delivery.
